First time coming here, the service was exceptional. The person helping me was so friendly, attentive and kind I really appreciated it. Very nice and clean looking kitchen with open concept so you can see what's going on. I got an order of just the teriyaki chicken which I liked, I just find the sauce has a strong soy flavor I think, which can be a little much. Otherwise it was delicious. Generously sauced which is good because sometimes places put barely any. Fast service.

I order the teriyaki chicken from the Queens Blvd location and received the wrong order!! This is what I received. I asked for peanut sauce and it was disgusting!!! This was my first time ordering from Brooklyn Dumpling and it will be my last. ?

Simple review…:: the food is NASTY! Frozen food overloaded with sauce over white rice. The dumplings were as plain as they come. PF changs frozen food at Target taste way better. I wantedlo mein but they didn’t have a it. I placed my order at the kiosk right by the register only for the cashier to watch me make the payment and for him to tell me they don’t have any lo mein only white rice. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go somewhere else! my husband and I brought the food home and our teenage boys didn’t even want it, and they eat anything! So we gave it to the dog. It’s still sitting in the dog bowl as I type this email.

This was a terrible place I ordered veg pot stickers chicken Parmesan and crispy bites Shrimp It was hard and burned and it was only 4 in the box Burned Don't eat there the guy can't cook !!! And paid $23 for nothing I wasted my MONEY !!!

I wanted to like this place especially being my first time ever trying it. I had an issue with 3 things. 1- The text service was not on time. I noticed on the screen that my order had been ready but I never received a text. I scanned my receipt and picked up my food, 10mins later I got a text to pick up my food. 2- the placed it in the locked with no utensils or napkins. I’m “dining in”.. which is a strong term because this is in a mall with that has limited seating and no areas that I saw utensils around. 3- CUSTOMER SERVICE the standing outside “servicing” I asked if I can have 2 forks and some napkins he insisted I use chopsticks I said no thank you I prefer forks. He came out with the forks and chopsticks but no napkins so I asked did they not have any napkins? And I heard him talking smack to the cook saying “ why would she’s asking if we have napkins..as if we wouldn’t” so I politely told him the only reason I asked is because he did not hand me any the first time and next time he decides to be rude and talk about a customer he should do it in a lower voice or when the customer walks away. Worst customer service ever he did not seem like he wanted to be there. Not a great experience and the dumplings were not all that. This first time experience was ruined by the terrible customer service I received. Get better employees! Thanks!

Food is good. But I noticed the manager was mean to his staff. He was scolding him and speaking to him like an idiot. I felt sorry for the staff. If there was a problem, he could speak to him in private. As a customer, it was distressing to hear and see. I don't want to support establishment who are mean to their staff. To that guy who was on duty today and scolded, better look some job somewhere else where you can grow and be treated right.
