I wanted to like this place especially being my first time ever trying it. I had an issue with 3 things. 1- The text service was not on time. I noticed on the screen that my order had been ready but I never received a text. I scanned my receipt and picked up my food, 10mins later I got a text to pick up my food. 2- the placed it in the locked with no utensils or napkins. I really wanted to come here and leave with a 5-star review, but I just couldn't.My first impressions were very positive. I loved the modern design and all the screens and how they place your order in an individual light-up locker. I also like that you're able to place your order right there on the touch screen so that's exactly what I did.Unfortunately, it took 29 minutes from ordering til my food was handed to me. First time coming here, the service was exceptional. The person helping me was so friendly, attentive and kind I really appreciated it. Very nice and clean looking kitchen with open concept so you can see what's going on. I got an order of just the teriyaki chicken which I liked, I just find the sauce has a strong soy flavor I think, which can be a little much. Otherwise it was delicious. Generously sauced which is good because sometimes places put barely any. Fast service.
