I'm always so impressed with the sheer number of dishes that are offered here within such a physically small space! I like how they also pack these dishes in smaller containers, so you can pick and choose them to pair with the many types of dim sum they have - some of my favorites are the "sheng jian bao" (super flavorful pan fried pork buns) and shumai, though the shumai are a bit small and not as worth as the baos! The decor of Da Pai Don looks kind of old and shabby. We have a little concern with its cleanliness.The options are various from BBQ pork, dim sum to Hong Kong style pastries with reasonable prices. However, we didn’t try anything since they only take cash.

This restaurant served us such little portions for our combos. She gave such little meat portions but a lot of the veggie portion. Last time, I asked for hot and sour soup. They did not give us it. And the food was warm when we received it. So by the time we got home, it was all cold.
