The food is normally what you'd expect from McDonald's. The way in which your seated with a # and the food is brought to you, is a plus. Atmosphere was nice especially the fact that it has a small play area for kids.
I love McDonald’s as a mom is because they offer a kid playground, which is a huge promo for parents. Children can play and parents can enjoy their food. Ice cream is also not too sweet so parents don’t have to worry about their kids intaking tons of sugar and the price is also really worth it. Kids high chair and Shoe cabinets for kids are also placed beside the playground.

McDonald's has recently undergone a renovation, but its service standards have not kept pace. Customers may experience issues with orders, as cashiers can be unhelpful and the automated ordering system is prone to errors, including failing to issue receipts. The restaurant's app is also cumbersome and hard to navigate. Despite these challenges, the restaurant continues to serve customers. Food was good like usual, and during a visit around 8 PM, the order arrived surprisingly fast with hot food and cold Coke, despite the crowded environment. However, the service was not very attentive; wait times were long even when no one else was in line, and orders were sometimes wrong or cold. The tables can be a bit on the dirty side, especially when busy. Customer service is just okay, with no smiles and a somewhat chaotic atmosphere. Overall, it remains a classic McDonald's experience—fast, satisfying, but sometimes chaotic and with room for improvement in service.
