I order from here often- the food is decent. My issue is that they never have your order ready when you order on the app. Most times I’ve had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes from the pick up time.

I understand that the bar is set SUPER, SUPER LOW, but I ordered from here directly through the Buffalo Wild Wings website and got my food delivered to Corona, Queens without an issue. It was a large order consisting of 50 wings (30 boneless and 20 traditional) and a large tater tots.All the sauces were correct, I received all the blue cheese and carrots & celery that I ordered, and surprisingly, it was still pretty warm upon arrival. Actually receiving what I ordered accurately was like a breath of fresh air. I actually ordered it for delivery to my workplace for lunch and then commuted home (a 1 hr and 15 minute commute) with all the leftovers. If you're wondering why I didn't just deliver it to my house, it's because the Gateway Drive Buffalo Wild Wings location that delivers their is the worst establishment ever. I won't go into details in an effort to stay on topic, but I do genuinely like the wings from there so I had to do this stupid workaround just so I could get some.I would definitely order from here again. Not even necessarily because the service was superb, but because I genuinely don't have any other choice if I want to conveniently eat Buffalo Wild Wings again.

The worst delivery on earth. First they send the order on the website to the wrong address, the driver does not respond to text or phone. As soon as it switches to delivered they block my number. I call and they send a replacement order, the driver again does not respond hours pass. Lastly they send a message in spanish that someone else took my food, and cancel it. They will not refund the whole amount of the order, and 4 hours later I have no food.

Food was cold. They forgot the burger I ordered. Food took very long for a rather small order. As for the food itself (wings, fries, mozzarella sticks), mediocre at best. Employees are incompetent.

I ordered 10 pieces wings half and half delivery from this location, the wings were okay, except that the sauce all leaked out and the wings were covered by if anything, just air. I don’t recall ordering original unflavored wings, but I am genuinely impressed by how the plastic bag and the box were all soaked in hot sauce while not a single bit was in any way over the wings.

I'm so surprised to see the bad reviews. I recently ordered delivery- boneless wings with honey bbq and potato wedges. The food came hot and crispy, faster than estimated, and was so delicious. I liked that the honey bbq sauce had a little kick of spiciness, and that they put most of the sauce on the bottom of the container so the chicken didn't get soaked and soggy during the delivery.
Seems to have been improved, I ordered wings only.

It’s a nope. If you want fast food wings or chicken order from Wingstop or KFC. This is just a ghost kitchen and it was once of the worst food deliveries I’ve ever had. Also there is no number to call when things are bad. Ordered off of Doordash the other night. It took forever for the food to be ready the first dasher gave up the order. The second dasher waited for another 20 minutes. Finally he delivered my food and it was FREEZING COLD. Like ice cold. I understand that things happen and kitchens get backed up but this means that my food was prepared instantly and then sat there for the 50 mins it took for a dasher to get it. Also the chicken tenders were missing the sauce that I had paid for. It was just so cold and soggy and bad and took forever. Don’t order from here.
