Eggstravagenza is such a great food truck spot outside QBK Sports! We always stop by after volleyball drop-ins, and it never disappoints. The wraps—especially the avocado and California wraps hit the spot. Perfect post-game food. Simple, quick, and really good. Definitely a go-to if you’re in the area!
Arturo’s food truck is a neighborhood treasure, you can taste the care and pride he puts into everything he makes. The Mexican grilled cheese is absolutely out of this world, perfectly crispy, melty, and packed with flavor every single time!
I grabbed the Burger a La Mexicana & Fries from Eggstravaganza Mexican through MealPal and wow, this beef burger with pepper jack, jalapeno, avocado, and pico de gallo was super indulgent and flavorful. The brioche bun held everything perfectly—so satisfying!
