I was excited to come to this place but until I saw the sign that they were renovating which I was sad to see. I hope the owners who sold this place are happier doing what they want to do now.

The food is the reason why I’m there. I love how the seasoning were just right, nothing too crazy or under seasoned.
Although it would’ve been a little nicer to have better seatings, ones where you can lean back on.
The staff was kind but she often disappears to the back. Whenever we needed something, we had to wait a little longer.
Although the food was good, we ordered fries as appetizers but it came as the last dish (after we finished our main course) I don’t think there’s a point for us to order those as appetizers if it comes out last.

Great service and great food! It was empty my boyfriend and I we were surprised it was, because this is a hidden GEM! :D the server gave me and my boyfriend a soju shot and we felt welcomed.

the place is cute and gives a very homey vibe but the server is a lil slow and not very attentive.
i enjoyed the spicy rose rice cakes and the tofu spicy pork with kimchi. they were delicious. i will say the kimchi stew was not it. it was soo salty and lacking flavor. not sure if it was an off day or just not good but it was not edible at all. we did not attempt to finish it after trying a sip. i would come back for the rice cakes and give the udon a try because they sound delicious.

they open & close whenever they want the hours are super unpredictable. ive come here many times only to see that its closed.
I’ve been here a few times and could always rely on Bunsik to have delicious, hearty food, friendly service, and reasonable prices. The tofu soup is great, and I know a few people who love the beef over rice too.

Not 24 hours like they claim to be
This place is nice if you're craving Korean cuisine. It rarely gets packed the last couple of times I've been there and it's fairly quiet, so it's a nice place to have a conversation while eating food. Although, it can take a while for them to get your food out after ordering, The only issue I have is how we sometimes end up getting our meal before the appetizers. It never made sense to me, but my friends and I were satisfied with how the food tastes. The omurice and curry pork cutlet are often my go-to options, but their noodle soups are also pretty good in my book. It's a 4.5/5 in my book, just be aware of the waiting time.

Tastes like a Chinese person's take on Korean food. Absolute low effort across the board. Inari was by far the worst I've ever had. Way too moist. Tteokbokki is the cheapest frozen stuff they can find. Fish cake soup tastes like packaged seasoning and too salty. The pork cutlet texture was ok but the breading was under seasoned. I'm not even sure how they made the cutlet sauce nasty. The rice is also pretty bottom shelf. Like a cross between jasmine and glutinous, being the worst of both. I accounted for the fact that it was a late night delivery.
