Burger king is Burger King when it comes to the food, you know exactly what you’re gonna get…my review is strictly about the nasty attitudes of the employees. I know fast food restaurants employees are always nasty, however, this particular location has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, absolutely no respect for the customers, and this isn’t just one person, it’s everyone I’ve encountered(at the drive thru)…I drove by and the building has been demolished, now I’m wondering how they feel knowing they do t have a job. I hope if they reopen, they give those people proper training.

I used to go their everyday but i would be late to school because i would be waiting an average 20-25 mins everyday Just to get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwich and the school kids are always so loud, littering, and spitting on the floors INDOORS. Many days the workers would ignore my order until i tell them i'm about to leave and then make it and their would only be 1 worker doing inside and drive -thru and it is a very dirty store, and some of the workers would have a bad attitude when their is more than 2 and in the afternoon they are very slow in doing orders, and that is when they would have more than 5.

This woman is so cheerful so kind and sweet and truly the best customer service employee I have ever experienced!! I will deff want to be coming back to this location specifically to have her service! Beaute if you see this you are the sweetest human and you made my WEEK!!

How is it that I go to this burger King ask for a BBQ sauce the guy tells me .35 cents for 1. No other burger King charges. Fries were nasty tasted old. Burger just
Never leave reviews like this but this BK was the worst I’ve been to. Customers waited in the drive way for their orders for 6-10 minutes. There were six or so DoorDash drivers standing by the window waiting for their orders and all of this is happening with the smell or urine and garbage near by. I get that they are short staffed but the way the one staff member was handling everything did the opposite of help the situation. I hope this review helps them clean up the store; allow delivery people inside to actually wait for their orders. And train their staff on better customer service and deescalation techniques. Won’t be back.

yesterday my dad ordered nuggets but they didn’t have any so they replaced them with chicken fries without telling him! besides that the food taste good

If I could give this Burger King no stars I would. The whoppers I got were so burnt and dry and old. And the mozzarella sticks were so old the cheese on the inside was brown... I felt so sick to my stomach after taking that bite I had to spit it out immediately. Do not go here! Management needs to be changed or something because this is just terrible.
