This is the dirtiest fast food restaurant you can visit in this neighborhood and service is terrible even when they are not bussy. I placed an order online for pick up here. I picked up my items using drivd thru. At the drive thru I noticed how dirty the back of the building looked it and ai regreted ordering food here but I could not cancel it at that point. Got home and was missing two items. I went back and they have me an extra item which I respect because anyone can make a mistake but the place was dead not bussy at all so I wonder why l. Food was ok but will not go back there again because of how dirty the the surrounding of the building was. How can an employee or manager enter the building and just ignore all the trash around the building.

The customer service is horrible. I went there yesterday for lunch. I asked for a chicken wrap.. cashier 'Ali' charged me for a sandwich. I told him it was the wrap I wanted. He twisted his face with disgust as he canceled the order to charge me with the new one. Food was cold as well.

It seems like there might be a mix-up with the online-order. I’ve requested a specific food item, but I’ve received something different. The staff members have assured me that the order is correct. Also the bathroom sign is out of order, just like other reviewers mentioned. No AirCon so you can’t seat and eat without feel the heat. The team members are polite at least, and the food was okay.
Love this BK, the people are always friendly and they always have deals there.

The staff and quality of cleanliness and food freshness is the best Burger King I've had in many years. The 195 Street and Jamaica Ave location is not even the closest to me and I won't change from this one. Shout out to Miss Mitul, Mena, Sania. All of these ladies are hard working professional women in the workforce. They all deserve a raise and promotion.

Service is ok but bathroom has sign stating bathroom out of order which is a lie that bathroom is good and clean they no complying with nys law about restroom cause they have a homeless people problem around the area which is gonna be fined once reported

First time ordering from this location. I ordered thru the app for a late dinner. The food was made fresh. It not only looked great it tased great also. I compared it to another locatuon not too far away and it didn't look as nice nor tasted as fresh. So this was a pleasant surprise.
