Love this BK, the people are always friendly and they always have deals there.
The staff and quality of cleanliness and food freshness is the best Burger King I've had in many years. The 195 Street and Jamaica Ave location is not even the closest to me and I won't change from this one. Shout out to Miss Mitul, Mena, Sania. All of these ladies are hard working professional women in the workforce. They all deserve a raise and promotion.
Service is ok but bathroom has sign stating bathroom out of order which is a lie that bathroom is good and clean they no complying with nys law about restroom cause they have a homeless people problem around the area which is gonna be fined once reported
First time ordering from this location. I ordered thru the app for a late dinner. The food was made fresh. It not only looked great it tased great also. I compared it to another locatuon not too far away and it didn't look as nice nor tasted as fresh. So this was a pleasant surprise.

When I order I told them I can only place a order if you let me wash my hand cause at restroom sign say “out of order” after I place the order he say sorry restroom is not working so I cancel my order and waste my 10 minutes.
How can local health department let this establishment open without restroom is beyond my understanding.

The management in this place definitely needs to improve. I placed an online order 30 minutes in advance for two family feasts but when they gave me my order it only contained 2 whoppers when there should have been 2 whoppers, 4 wraps and 2 chicken sandwiches. I told them and they remade the order 3 times before they got it right. The in only one person in there that is actually working and no one seems to be helping her. She is asking her co-workers for help but they keep making the wrong orders. This would be understandable if it was busy but it took over 30 minutes for them to get 3 orders done. The girl that was working was also the youngest person in there and did not receive an assistant. I specifically asked for no bacon a few times. The first time i said it the gentleman ignored me and i told him again that i do not want bacon in the order. After the sandwich was made I heard him confirm with the cook in the back that there was no bacon but after i got home every sandwich in my order had bacon. It was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my money since i was not able to eat any of the four burgers i paid for and had to throw them out since no one in my household eats bacon. I feel extremely bad for the girl that was trying to micromanage and do the job of the 5 other co-workers she had

First of all the the staff is OK but 1 guy in person his name is ALI he is rude and I mean really rude NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. His attitude towards people is bad. The quality of the food is not good. All he does is keep making fun of people. He should be fired for keeping such a Un professional behavior. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Walked in to a customer fighting with the staff for being called a not so nice word by an employee. Order my food and was told out of onion rings. Asked bbq sauce and they are out of that too. Got my coke cola and it tasted like seltzer. Don’t bother coming to this poorly operated establishment
