Disappointing experience because of the manager, or maitre D. Not sure which but she spoke with authority. I ordered a pasta dish and after asked for spinach to be included. The waitress said it would be an extra $1 so I agreed. When the bill came, I questioned why the charge was so high. The person who seemed like the manager because she spoke with authority, said that the spinach was $4 extra. Aside from the fact that the amount of spinach added was by all reasonable measures not generous, my friend and I clearly heard the waitress say it would be $1 extra. On a $100+ bill, good business would be to say sorry and adjust the bill by 3 dollars. Instead, the manager's excuse was that she isn't able to physically adjust the bill anymore. The worst part was that when I told her it was bad business, she agreed, saying "yes it's bad business". Be

What I first noticed was the cleanliness of the place as well as the pleasant atmosphere. It was very inviting. The servers were friendly and welcoming. I came just for a Caramel latte which was very delicious. I definitely will return again.
