Chef Nick was a delight to work with. We asked him to tweak his recipe, which he did willingly and with great success. Every guest commented on how delicious the wedding cake was - rich and moist, and magnificently decorated. At most weddings we’ve attended, the wedding cake is left while the other desserts disappear. At our wedding not a single slice of cake was left on any plat4. It was everything we hoped for!
