I have always wanted to try this place out, I came here on an early Friday afternoon with my girlfriend and this spot exceeded our expectations. The service was phenomenal by our waitress Christina who was not only helpful with suggestions but also very attentive. The food was great and I felt like they had a variety of options. Definitely see myself coming back sometime.

I am going to tell you my entire experience in great detail because it has been the worst experience in all the restaurants I have visited and let me tell you that I am a waitress and I know how to treat my customers, I know the rules of a restaurant, the policies and conditions. Limus on their page that they had crazy hour offers and we decided to go try them when we arrived they didn't give us the least ten minutes the waitress when she served us we asked her for the menu and she didn't send us to the valley because it is the only place where they have the hour crazy and after ten more minutes the waiter who served us at the bar. It took a long time to take our order. And the food arrived super fast, it was delicious, but we asked for the burger super well cooked and they gave it to us raw. And that is understandable because there is no problem, we are all human, but the bad thing is that another employee who was not even our lighter. He treated us badly. and he said that we didn't want to pay the bill, he judged us, he discriminated against us and that we had already finished the burger, that he couldn't do anything, we told him that it was unfair to pay for something that we couldn't eat because it was raw. I went with a friend to celebrate a promotion. The waitress was very nice and helpful. But unfortunately my main course dinner which was meatloaf was burnt.i asked for cheddar cheese on my potatoes they gave me American cheese. I been going to the cheese cake factory for years. I mean I been to long Island, Colorado, nj,Atlanta where they valet ur car white plains both locations. I'm disappointed

I’m a regular customer and i hope managers read this. You need to keep an eye on how your staff behaves with customers. Their attitude and lack of customer service skills is terrible!I had not one but two bad experiences with a staff member named Jeremiah. His attitude was unprofessional and he made us feel unwelcome. He acts as if he is doing you a favor instead of treating you like a paying customer. Do better Jeremiah, or get a different job if you hate serving customers.I love the cheesecake factory but i will never return to this location or recommend it to anyone i know.

The service was absolutely amazing, I love this Cheesecake Factory. I went with my friend during happy hour (4-6PM) when the appetizers and small meals were $10 a plate and it was delicious. Ordered the fried calamari and nachos for appetizers, with the flautas for dinner and I was more than full. Birthday flavored cheesecake was good, but the apple dessert with ice cream was phenomenal.

I ordered for pick up and I called the store to see if my order was ready, they put me on hold for like 5 minutes, I hang out and called again like 3 times and nobody picked up the phone, i went to the store, the food was ready and almost cold ?

Yesterday April 1st was my daughter's birthday, she turned 11 and they recommended this restaurant to me. I asked the waiter to sing happy birthday to her... with a cake that I bought for them there and he told me that it was forbidden, for 2 tables from a distance they sang happy birthday to another girl, I felt discriminated against!!! I spoke to the supervisor and she only asked me for an excuse. The bread they gave my daughter looked like stone and they handed her the cake without spoons. It was very unpleasant to spend it in that place....
