Absolutely awful experience – do not recommend.
We had a reservation for a party of 16 at 8:30pm on 8/29/25, and this place managed to be disappointing from start to finish. First off, they are completely unaccommodating with any food restrictions. When I told the waiter I have a gluten and dairy allergy, they literally looked at me confused and said: “Well whatever is on the menu is on the menu.” Excuse me? Came by for Sunday brunch. Welcomed and seated by a hostess at the bar with a smile. I recognized the bartender/ server - Diego, from my past visit and so did he. A friendly guy with smiles who walked me thru his fav’s - which I asked for. We were half way to our hotel and it came downpour! We ran inside and they provided us with outlets to charge our phones so we could get an Uber. We got some super tasty cocktails and desserts. Tajin on vanilla ice cream was a new flavor experience. The staff was super nice. Not typical for New York. Next time I am in NYC I will go back and have a meal.
