I ordered guacamole chicken sandwich and onion rings. The sandwich was such a disappointment. It was so hard to chew I almost choked. It seemed like it was fully cooked earlier in the day and was refried. The guacamole didn't have any favor. The only thing that I was able to enjoy was the onion rings. Very disappointing visit.

other than the fact that the cashier hates her job and couldn’t be ruder, the wrap i got was really delicious.

Very delicious chicken burgers and chicken wings. The best value for money in the whole mall. Worth a try!
4.5 stars. Tangram Mall’s food court is slowly opening more stalls and options for dining. While visiting today, we saw that CooCooCachoo had finally opened. So glad that they opened a location here in Tangram’s food court. Currently, most of the food selections in Tangram are fancy sit-down restaurants so it’s nice to have other options.
They are tucked in the back near the entrance of Hoi Polloi. I ordered the Make It CooCoo’s Way Combo A ($12.75), which consisted of a sandwich or wrap, fried and a drink. Since it was my first time trying them out, I ordered their signature Rock CooCoo chicken sandwich.
I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this sandwich. It’s honestly one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve eaten in a long while. The chicken was juicy, tender, and perfectly fried. It wasn’t overly battered, and the coating retained its crispiness. The sandwich had a slice tomato, lettuce, and their signature sauce. I wished it had a bit more sauce (some kind of aioli) but other than that it was perfect and delicious. The fries were meh. I would recommend getting one of their dipping sauces to help elevate it.
After I inhaled the chicken sandwich, I was seriously considering getting another. It was that good. Luckily, I restrained myself and got dessert instead at one of the other food stalls BUT I am already planning my next trip here so I can try more of their menu out.
Ridiculously slow speed. Waited for ~30min for just one piece of chicken chop while the shop workers were not busy at all. Had to give it up as I had to leave at the end. Next time reserve a hotel before ordering your food!

Nice lunch option in Tangram - lots of easy and familiar foods with a Chinese twist. Lots of hand held/bite sized sides -- great for kids, too!!A bit higher in prices than stepping outside of the mall -- but you're there for the convenience.Their signature sandwich was great! Very moist and tender even after eating it much later. But slim on the fixings - lettuce /tomatoes are more of an afterthought.Female cashier spoke English -- very friendly and helpful. Our food came out piping hot. Shoe string fries were bland but its good for kids. They don't need the extra salt.My toddler even enjoyed the katsu, with the plum seasoning. And really liked the cheese sticks.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of bite sized + hand held sides. Non spicy items.

I had the waffle chicken, it taste so good and different, crispy skin and juicy inside! And the yuzu chicken wings, love it! You need come and try it?

I ordered the combo and a side of popcorn chicken. The chicken sandwichi was forgettable, fries were cold and limp, and popcorn was chicken.Maybe it was an off day. I think I would give them another chance if the sandwiches were 5-6 bucks but not interested in the 9-10 range. Disappointing.Overall 2.5Food: 2Value: 2Service: 4Misc: 3
