These Xi-An hand pulled noodles were absolutely delicious. Honestly, when I first saw these noodles I felt I had a glimpse at heaven- the aromatic, deep, and flavorful stew augmented the entire experience. Would highly recommend; and DEFINITELY GET IT SPICY. With the beef spicy and tingly soup noodle I had jasmine tea which offset the spice perfectly. Overall, the preparation is fast and convenient ??4.75/5
