My absolute favorite place to get noodles, especially LiangPi noodles!
Really enjoyed the food here! The seitan was handmade and had such a great chewy texture—it was honestly one of my favorite parts of the meal. As someone from Shanxi, I’m pretty picky about noodles, and I have to say the biangbiang noodles were really good! The noodles were thick, chewy, and full of flavor. Definitely a great place to get authentic Northwestern Chinese-style noodles. I would definitely come back!
Xi’an Famous Foods has always been a go-to for me. Their food is always exceptional and the value is amazing, I always leave full and with leftovers. One of my favorites spots of all time!!
