Great cup of milk tea, from this tucked away shop. I didn't try the food, that'll be for another trip. Staff are busy behind the counter, and computer ordering stations made for a very quiet ordering experience, but the shop itself felt cozy. Planning a return trip soon.

I used to love coming here, and everyone who worked here was so nice. However last time I went, they forgot about my waffle order and left it beside the pan, even though me and my friend were the only ones there. I finally asked if I could get my waffle yet, and they realized and handed me the now cold and soft waffle. Worse yet, my friend asked to use the bathroom in this empty store, and they said no despite us buying food. In the past I was allowed to pee, so I know they have 2 huge bathrooms. Yikes

Such a nice spot in Long Island City for Hong Kong style treats! They have classics like milk tea and pineapple buns, which are my top recommendations (definitely get the pineapple bun with butter, it’s delicious).
There’s a small counter inside where you can sit, plus a tiny outdoor terrace where you can enjoy your order. The atmosphere is simple but cozy, and the food is tasty. A good place for a quick bite or dessert!

Waited 40 minutes for one egg waffle. The staff worked painfully slowly; the woman in charge forgot my order, then left it sitting while she played on her phone. A different staff member finally handed it to me, with zero apology. Completely unacceptable service.

I came here for a sweet drink after dinner and it was great! I didn't see if they had seating inside, but my friend and I sat outside under their patio lights and at a picnic table, and it was a great vibe.
We ordered their hot and cold iced milk teas that came in a glass container, and both loved it. The tea flavor was very fragrant and it wasn't too sweet (I asked for mine to be less sweet). Would love to come back to try their egg waffles.

Worst experience ever, staff ignore you when you are standing right there and pretend like they don’t see you. On top of that I didn’t receive a straw for my drink that I noticed after I had arrived home.

Fraudulent pictures on drink size. I ordered this mango drink it on their kiosk according to this picture, and they gave me this small cup instead. I confronted the staff and the staff refused to do anything about it. Wouldn’t come back.

Feels like I got scammed LOL I paid for the glass bottle with tapioca and they did not give me the glass bottle because the tapioca doesn’t fit inside. I ordered on the kiosk and there wasn’t a disclaimer saying that. If there was I wouldn’t have gotten the tapioca. They could have given me the glass bottle on the side lol. The milk tea was good though
