Desi Bites Cafe (S Richmond Hill)

Very disappointing experience at Desi Bites Cafe. The ordering process feels completely disorganized. Customers who arrive after you often receive their food before you, making it seem like service is based more on who the staff know than on a first-come, first-served system.

I waited far longer than expected for my order, and there was little communication or acknowledgment of the delay. It felt rude and disrespectful to customers who were patiently waiting their turn.

Good food alone is not enough. Customer service, fairness, and respect for people's time matter just as much. The management should seriously improve how orders are handled and ensure that every customer is treated equally and served in the order they arrive.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this place.

Great Parathas and sweets, try it, you'll love it. Ask for cup tea with it.

Great staff , express service for their food prep , best vegetarian cafe in town also prices are pretty much affordable on most of their items.

I always to there for their Falooda Ice Cream. The stuff they put in it I couldn't get anywhere else. The way they make their Rabdi, Lachhas and the ice cream is top notch. They got good vegetarian options for Indian street style food. The owner is super friendly and open and always interacting with the customers and suggesting food and drinks based on their liking. Will always be coming back until either my taste buds change or they change they way they make their drinks and falooda ice cream 🍨

I ordered noodle and others food .. it was so bad so yukki
I have never eaten such bad food in my entire life,If you cannot give that kind of taste to the customers then don't sell it

I enjoy the food from here. I keep going back for more. The chai was also very good, a bit sweet for me but it was good overall. Definitely recommend you guys to check them out.
