But this location on Hillside Avenue and 179th Street is super slow at low volume times, and high volume times the line is unnecessarily ridiculously long and unsafe due to crowding. There are times there are 4 people behind the counter, and only one person taking orders, coffee many times has to be made on demand so you...

But this location on Hillside Avenue and 179th Street is super slow at low volume times, and high volume times the line is unnecessarily ridiculously long and unsafe due to crowding. There are times there are 4 people behind the counter, and only one person taking orders, coffee many times has to be made on demand so you have to wait. It's a bit unorganized and slow, this location only.

The coffee is okay the food fine and i guess the employees do what they can with what they have, however the owner need to higher more people, no matter how many customers they got inside there's only register open and there's no drive-thru, service is to slow.
