El Patron Steak House Taqueria

I ordered through phone and I told them I don’t want onions, avocado in my tacos and another order of tacos. When I went to pick it up it had all the things I asked them not to put on the taco and my other order of tacos were getting cold. I went back to the place and they gave me the correct one but my other tacos were getting cold already. They gave me my new tacos I went to eat it and it was so bland the meat had no flavor and the tortilla kept on falling and it was a new batch of tacos. The service was really bad and the women in the front couldn’t even get my order right. She didn’t even tell the chefs what I don’t want.

I’ve never met more rude or nasty people in a restaurant part business I went in there, asking the bar tender may please have a cup of water now I’m not trying to seem like I’m entitled or I deserve it but sometimes people are going through things in their lifethey just need a little hand I know clear day I look like I really need a glass water being that I’ve been walking for hours. I finally stopped at the bus stop to wait for it. I could’ve used a cup of ice water bad. I’m willing to bet that if I was Hispanic she would have had no problem with giving me a glass of water

I ordered some green enchiladas that come with rice and beans and my wife ordered quesabirria… 1..the cheese enchiladas were still cold inside.
2..the beans were in bad condition (decomposed, sour)
3. The Quesabirria's meat was already dry and they were like overheated...
4. Guacamole no lemon… nothing to do with other places.
I give the food 1 ⭐️… I really don't recommend it…. And I don't think I will return to this restaurant... (I think they should put more effort into improving their food than paying those on Tik Tok... to promote their business...

I gave them many opportunities but today was the worst. I ordered tacos and pancita, the tortillas were rawer than anything even heated. The cilantro and onion all rotten. If you want to improve your restaurant, please do not give food reluctantly, I even lost the desire to eat when I saw the food.

This place is a gem! The service is top-notch, and the food is incredibly fresh. The piña colada is a must-try - it's hands down the best I've ever had! Plus, the fact that it's open until 3-4 am makes it the perfect spot to grab a bite or drink after a night out clubbing. Highly recommend!

A very bad experience,
I went to eat with my family one weekend, I ordered medium-rare entrees and they brought it to me dry, very cooked, I couldn't eat it, the very small cut is not for what it costs, and it tasted ugly, like the meat was already cooked lose, the service was very bad, the waitress was more serious than Trump, the only good thing was the pico de gallo, I definitely won't be there again, I don't recommend it.

I usually don't like to make complaints but this time I can't keep quiet, I ordered a pat of steak cakes and I'm very disappointed with poor Calida, giving me lettuce that was black because it was soggy and dead and some pieces of meat that were impossible to bite into. I think this is the last time I order.

I order a Queso Fundido ...!! Queso fundido was basically Yellow American cheese melted with chorizo gross...!Tacos al pastor..!! Meat hard to chew, no flavor..and was more fat than meat .To be honest the street tacos tastes 100% better.I will never come back again.
