Ordered a fish burger and they gave me a regular burger instead. I don’t eat beef. I called them to complain and the lady on the phone didn’t care and said they didn’t have fish… ok but why would you substitute it without knowing my dietary restrictions. Call first done just substitute!!!! She was rude. Zero stars, please do not order from here. Do they even have a legal license to operate this place?

How abusive I paid 15 dollars for 3 steak tacos, you can feel the taste of pure tortilla, there was no meat and the worst thing about everything is that it has no taste 🤮

The food here was delicious years ago but they had changed it so much. I ordered a torta de bistec and it was bread with 4 small pieces of steak and i ordered a quesadilla and it was so small and had no steak that it tastes as if i was eating tortillas with cream cheese. Never coming again waste of money.

I used to love the steak nachos from this place. Now they give less guacamole, no Mexican cheese, less beans and meat for the price that increased in the pandemic. I will not be purchasing from here until changes are made ??

THE FOOD IS NASTY HERE!!!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I ordered chicken nachos and the first thing was the smell of something sour when i opened it so i didnt eat it, The beans were suspose to be refried and instead they gave us whole beans with sour water on top of the chips which made the chips soggy, the gauc was watery and not good at all also they forgot one of my taco orders. I was ok with it after finding out the tacos were mushed really bad together and soggy so i didnt even eat them. the fries i ordered for my daughter were soggy due to sitting in oil and there were not fried or crispy so i didnt let her eat that either. nothing had flavor nor did it even have the basic salt smh I Threw Everything In The Garbage.

The food is not the problem, but the workers or owners are.I called to place to put a pick up order, but he told me to please place it online because it would be easier for them . So i did . I ordered through their website . When my husband went to pick up the food, they told him there was no order . I sent a picture of the email confirmation i received from their website. They made the food . But when whwn my husband left, i received a call from the restaurant stating they never received the order . I sent them the pictures of the email i received, and everything was paid online. Long story short , the guy was complaining to me, saying he never received the order and he was so rude telling me that i had to fix the problem.... 10 min later, i received another call from a girl (they guy didn't even have the audacity to call me back himself to apologize) to who works there saying that they received the order just now . But it took her soooo long to apologize, i dont even think they wanted to apologize.Horrible experience. I hope i never have to order from here again !
