Workers did not care at all about anyone’s order, waited at least 30 minutes before I even got an update on my food which was 2 original hotdogs. Employees were busy talking with each other, this was around 10pm on a weekday. Requested a refund after an hour of waiting for a hotdog, and no the twa was not busy at this time.

Overcharging people just because one brother served in the army and another died in 9/11 isn’t about selling a product — it’s about manipulating emotions to drive sales, turning personal tragedy into a marketing gimmick. And frankly, that’s pathetic.

Very special considering it's spacious, open to everybody, got wifi, ok coffee and snacks and nice atmosphere! Only place to sit and relax in terminal 5... Access from the street or when you get to 5 ground floor from the previous terminal, red door/elevator straight to TWA hotel red carpet hallway
