Understandably it was Thanksgiving but this restaurant should be used to being fully booked. It took half an hour to be seated with reservation (no problem) The majority customers were acting like savages while waiting to be seated, I commend the staff for dealing with the unappreciative selfish customers so well, the staff kept their cool and were completely professional. Champagne was eventually offered to quell the bloodlust but they should've gave out that delicious bread instead, everyone would be so happy cause they taste so good. All staff was nice, wonderful and pleasant. The service was less then usual, the market table offerings were lackluster, it seemed as if the same cuts of meat were circulating the room all night. Finally got some ribeye but it was all fat and had a chemical charred taste. Dessert to go, it was good once we got it home. Valet were extremely nice and happy despite being in the cold cold wind all night. Might give another chance but will probably go to Long Island restaurant instead or Plataforma in city.

It took awhile for us before we got seated. Too many crowd waiting at the lobby. The steak was so cold as well as the buffet table.

It was a perfect night. The food was on point, as always, the service was phenomenal, and as busy as it was, the staff did a masterful job of ensuring all our needs were met.

This is the second time at this location, and will be my last. This was my second time dining there, and unfortunately, the experience has gotten worse each time. During the meal, the service abruptly declined. The staff stopped coming around with food, stopped checking in, and never asked if we wanted additional servings. This lack of attention is far below the standard expected at Fogo de Chão. When I went to find a manager to address the issue, I encountered something even more concerning. The manager was standing at the urinal in the restroom using his phone, and after finishing, he walked out without washing his hands. This is highly unprofessional and raises serious sanitation concerns in a restaurant environment. This combination of poor service and alarming hygiene practices made the visit unacceptable. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed promptly. Thank you for your attention.

Service was okay. We ordered our drinks before we started eating and got our drinks after we ate. We kept having to remind the server.

I was there with my family to celebrate my birthday! The food was delicious. The service was amazing! My family and I felt home. The waiters and waitresses would come to our table several times to ask if we need anything. We would ask and immediately they would bring happily. Thank you for making my birthday a special one!

Excellent experience at Fogo in queens. Have gone many times. Selection is excellent as well as staff. Very patient, friendly and enlightening recommendations. Couldn't ask for anything more. Bruno Antonio was amazing.

I have been to Fogo in 9 different states, including rhe one in NYC.Thus was by far my worse experience. The staff was very friendly but the service was SLOW. I paid for the full Churasco experience but was only offered 4 different cuts. I had to ask for other items and they took a long time to arrive. Very disappointed.

Food wasn't that great. Had to wait a long time for the servers to come around with the churrasco service. We felt like we were being ignored and by the time they did come around we lost our appetite.. deff not worth $69 a person in my opinion

So I want to say this Team from the Assistant Manager really work together well . This night that we went in the food was way better than the Long Island Location and the Manhattan Location My wife and I had a awesome evening and we celebrated my birthday as well Thank you for an amazing awesome evening
