The food from this place was so good. What made my experience here especially good is the lovely lady at the front named Viola. Viola made me feel welcome and not judged for ordering the entire menu and acting big
Great food!!!

Plates are drenched in sauce. I could not taste the chicken with the heavy sauce.

I order every week from them to work and home over $200 and always charged me $5 for delivery fee. Then they started being smart and charging me $8 I didn’t say anything. Now I called to place order and they want to charge me $10 for the same order I placed last week and weeks and weeks of being loyal customer. Too bad they lost me and all my friends and co workers. I be sure to share this with everyone I encounter.

First time here and loved the cleanliness of the place. Loved also the food and the lunch special, for two of us we spent 30ish dollars. I would definitely come back as we live in the area.

Wonton soup is worse than prison soup
Watered down, tasteless broth, wontons made with almost no meat, and the dough is hard and chewy.
If a Chinese restaurant can't get wonton soup right, they won't get anything right

I asked for Sichuan chicken and got steamed chicken with mixed vegetables. Nothing red in it, zero hot peppers, nothing spicy or hot whatsoever. When confronted, the guy told me that's how they cook it there. I showed him online pictures of Sichuan chicken, but he doesn't know, he's actually not Chinese. My bad for trusting Jewish people with Chinese food. They're clearly dishonest

I don’t know who’s running this place or if everyone working there is high on something, but they constantly forget items whenever I order for delivery through Uber Eats. My most recent order they forgot HALF of the order, how do you just disregard half of a 80$ order?? And when I called them demanded a refund, they told me to go through Uber as if it’s Ubers fault they are incompetent. Horrible
Restaurantji Recommends

I literally made it very clear to make my sesame chicken well done and crispy and I never get that from any Fortune chinese food place. If you want crispy they just can't do it.
We have been loyal customers for years. We ordered delivery and asked for certain items to be gluten free. The total amount on grub hub cost us $47. The restaurant called us to tell us that certain items were not gluten free and proceeded to help us choose more appropriate items. We agreed to change some of the order and asked them to still send us the two items that were not gluten free because my husband can eat them. They delivered only the gluten free food and did not provide the non-gluten free food that we requested. The total amount of what they delivered actually was $27.00, but they still charged us $47 even though that was the wrong price. When we called to complain about the missing items, the woman on the phone proceeded to argue with us and tell us that she “remembers what we ordered and that they gave us the right order.” She also said that she confirmed the order with another woman —not me— and asked who that woman was. There wasn’t another woman, just my husband and I and we told her this. We also told her that she did not confirm the order with us, and if she had we would have noted yet again that we wanted the missing items. She refused to credit us for the missing items, or to send over them over, and she refused to adjust the charge to the correct price. She then hung up the phone on us. Ten minutes later, she calls back to say that we actually owe her five more dollars! I tried again to explain we didn’t get our order and that this wasn’t right— and she hung up the phone on me again. I have never dealt with such rudeness, dishonesty, and disingenuousness from a restaurant before.

Wouldn't trust the Kashrut, because they have some old guy seating on a chair sometimes who's not allowed to go to the kitchen
