amazing fuska ( number 1 on the menu) their one dollar chai was really good too. The flavors comes in waves. So despite it being from a food truck, the food itself is balanced and very gourmet. The textures go very well together, you got a wafer like crisp consistency on the outside that you bite into only for it to explode into different waves of sweet and savory before it gets spicy. It’s really really good, and I will be back with family.

It was my first time to eat Bengali food and it was so delicious! I asked the boss what everyone ordered and he said fuchka or panipuri. The two differences are with egg and without egg.
We ordered fuchka, which is a fried ball stuffed with some mashed potatoes, beans, onions, etc., sprinkled with super fried shredded hard-boiled eggs, and drizzled with a very appetizing tamarind sauce. It was so delicious that we stood next to it for three minutes after getting it. I finished eating and went home at night. I couldn’t help but think about it. I really wanted to eat. Why aren’t Bangladeshi food trucks everywhere? The only drawback is that it’s far away and it’s hard to find parking spaces nearby.

The fuchka is a standout—crispy, flavorful, and bursting with freshness. The spicy tamarind water adds a perfect kick. Each bite is a delightful combination of textures and tastes. The other snacks are equally impressive, with vibrant spices and authentic flavors!
Service is generally quick and friendly, with staff eager to help you choose the right options. During peak times, you might have to wait a bit, but it’s worth it. 💕Prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality and portion sizes. It’s an excellent choice for a satisfying meal without breaking the bank.
Fuchka Food Cart is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Indian street food. Whether you’re a fan of Fuchka or new to it, the experience is sure to delight your taste buds. 🥵
