The cart itself is new. But before he was in front of Duane reade, he was in front of TD bank for 15 years sharing a cart with someone else. And for 15 years, he's been one of top 3 halal carts I've had throughout all of NYC. Best in Jackson heights easily.Do yourself a favor and get his food if you can handle a bit of heat. Love the chicken and falafel over rice.
Bashir always greets you with a smile; pleasant and courteous; awesome food including lamb, chicken and mixed over rice; tilapia over rice; chicken biryanis, gyros; hamburger/cheeseburger; Philly Cheese Steak and French fries. The food is delicious, lots of choices and generous servings - priced just right! Come by and visit!
