I came here a couple of times with no problem, but recently I was asked if I understood Chinese, I said no. I was told that I should find another ktv because their “system is only in Chinese”. I told them that I’ve been here before and had no problem with their system. He still insisted. I will not recommend this place. I should have taken note of his name but anger took over me, so I just decided to leave.
This shop is so dishonest. The staff insisted us to pay the tips calculated after tax. I mean it's not unusual to tip after tax (well I mean not unusual that the shop tries to trick you into this). What made us angry was that the receipt was already printed with the total included the after-tax tips. We felt coerced. Yet we paid anyway because we knew the staff was just doing his job.
