Depending on who you get serving, you depends on how they treat you.
Food is good

This establishment has very delicious food and patties.

Customer service terrible. That's it.

This place has very little parking and considering where it is located, makes this place even more dislikeable.

I have so many issues with this particular restaurant firstly, they never pick up their phone not once in about 100 times I’ve ordered from this restaurant have they ever picked up their phone. When I order on DoorDash 70% of the time, my items are incomplete. I totally understand if a restaurant doesn’t have an item in stock, but I am never informed about it or refunded, I would have to go through DoorDash support and after multiple complaints they’ve stopped refunding me. Any restaurant that does any form of deliveries should always have a number for customers to call it should be a requirement at this point.

I ordered chicken patties this morning buy one get one free it's supposed to have two buns and receive one bun they sent me beef patties and I ordered for Coco breads for $4 in change I did not receive my Coco breads be careful what you order from here if I was allergic to beef I would have sued them

Not only the cashier is looking at you like she is wishing you to go away and keeps her silence, as
soon as you ask for a certain food item she tells you they don’t have that with a gesture like you’re not welcome there… all the while she’s picking on her teeth…disgusting…I went in there with high hopes and excitement only to decide not to step foot in there ever again.

Food was mediocre at best! Never had salad with peas n corn. The plantains were bland. The curry goat wasn't spicy. If u want a Americanized style of carribean food then go here. I will not be returning!

Update it's 2024 6 yrs since my last review I said I wasn't going back but I did today for a quick patty n gotta say I was happy with what I received

Absolutely ridiculous why you open a store if you have nothing to sell

On June 7, 2024, at approximately 2:00 PM, I visited the store to purchase oxtail. The tall black lady, who appeared to be the owner, was the only staff member present. Unfortunately, her customer service skills were lacking, and she seemed unhappy. When I asked about the price of the oxtail, she responded with a dismissive tone, saying it was the same price regardless of payment method. I explained that I wanted to know the price to ensure I had sufficient cash, but she didn't seem interested in understanding my perspective. Even when I thanked her after the transaction, she didn't respond. While the oxtail was delicious, I won't be returning due to the poor service. I hope the owner recognizes the importance of customer service and takes steps to improve it

I order larger fry snapper dinner through Doordash. He waited for 45mins for the food and when it came the fish didn't fry properly I almost thought they were trying do steam fish... I was so disappointing.

I would give a ZERO if I could. My last 10 orders from Uber eats have ALL had issues or just flat out incorrect. They NEVER call to let you know they are out of something they just chose a random item to substitute. I gave this place too many chances. Today they did it again. I ordered a pack of coco bread and one bun& cheese. I received 1 single dry old coco bread and gizzarda.NEVER AGAIN
