Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant

This was my favorite spot when it was just open in 2005 when Titus use to be in the restaurant. He was pleasant, treated his customers with respect, customer service was the best. It has gotten worse since he hasn't been around as much. Customer service is not as great, lot of attitudes from workers.The food is not as delicious. I feel like the cooks are doing their own thing. I use to be able to purchase patties anytime of the day there was no limit to how much I can purchase. I have to get there by noon if I want to get my patties and they limit the amount. I think one person can purchase no more than 3. Never heard such nonsense. When you go to the Chinese restaurant they don't care about how much you order, no limit, you will get free stuff the more you order. Jamaicans always come up with stuff that doesn't make sense. Always disappointed when I go to get my patties. I will not go anymore at this location until Titus does something with the restrictions on patties and customer service. I like you and your wife Titus but these people are going to let you lose business.

THEY HAVE NOTHING. They have NO cream soda, NO chicken patty. It’s ridiculous don’t go you will be disappointed.

Cooked perfectly and the service was great. I even took more food to go. Just really good all around food.

They never have anything, food is always finished before 5pm. Something as simple as a chicken Pattie is not available at 3 o clock, what is the point of having a buisness. This is why the chiney man always wins. Won’t ever be back for this mediocrity.

The meat you have here is decent. However they do not know how to season rice. This kinda destroys the whole meal, for example the jerk chicken.

The reason I gave a 4 for the service is because of the young lady who is wearing a hair bonnet, and fake eyelashes. She is the cashier whom I had to pay for my lunch, this was between 12 and 1pm, she was rude. The other lady who served the food, was super friendly and professional all at the same time. The food was very good ?, I will definitely go back.

I put the date and time so the manager can know who I am talking about. There is a young girl at the counter with a bonet and a HUGE ATTITUDE. I get that it's the morning and some of us arrive slower than others but she was disgusting. Her demeanor and rude customer service was unwarranted and uncalled for. I'm not even going to go on about this 9 dollar plate. I totally lost my appetite. Smh

$10 minimum!?Alright. Very rarely do I do this but here we go. I come here regularly. Spinach patty, cocobread, natural ginger beer. It’s usually $10.32.Today I go but the spinach patties are finished. Ok, fine. My girl wants a beef patty. I order one. I present the card, they tell me it’s a $10 minimum. I check my car for cash. I have none. I go back and relay this information. They look at me like a deer in headlights.As a regular, if that were me running the spot, I would just swipe the card. Customer clearly comes here often, let’s retain him by doing a small favor. Nope.Whats wild to me is the primary item at this place is a patty. All patties are under $10. But your rule says we cant use card unless its $10 or over. LOL. EVERYBODY IS USING CARDS these days. Yall are losing money and good customers.Memba say gk a no d only place a sell patty.
