If I decide to review, it will always be 5 stars, as long as the staff is great, the food was yummy and the experience was great, it will always be 5 stars.So just one thing that did concern me, when we had our glasses, they were not as clean as they should be, we told them to give us new glassware, and they did without hesitation and were very polite. Everything afterwards was perfect so that's important to note.The food was awesome, the staff was awesome, it was fast, easy and presentation was top notch. I tried my best to control how much I ate, but failed with a smile and full belly.Parking: There is parking in the back, at the time of the post it cost $4

The parking lot costs money, the tip cannot be less than 15%, the tea table costs plus tax, and the snacks are mini versions. The plates were not changed even when the waiter wasn't there. Chow mein is also 8 ingredients for others. Never again.

Delicious Dim Sum. My friend had been coming here for many years and took us along one morning. I've been to all the DimSum places downtown Manhattan, big and small. Delicious, i ordered some from the kitchen, some off the carts. There was no wait for a table and the staff were so nice and attentive.

It was nice being able to park in the adjacent parking lot for just $3. The xiao long bao was a little deflated, but other than that the food was pretty good.

Have you heard that if you go to a restaurant to eat, you have to pay in their parking lot? I went there at noon and the parking lot was very empty. I parked my car and a person came and said: Do you want to eat? Three knives! I said: Is this also charged? I ignored him and asked for money! I gave it! I gave him a small tip of three dollars after the meal! Comment, the parking lot is full, if you help me park the car, I am willing to give you a tip, it is not much more than five dollars! What kind of service is not available, I come to consume, and I actually charge money for parking? I don’t understand! For many years (about 17) this has been my go to dim sum restaurant. I went the other day for take out and purchased 10 items. The counter person put in 4 packets of dumpling sauce. I asked for more and she laughed at me and would only give me 2 moreRidiculous. For 10 items I spent over 50 dollars and she wouldn't give enough sauce. Also the crispy shrimp wrapped in bacon should have come with a mayo dip and didn't. Silly attitude and now they lost a good weekly customer. I heard lake pavilion on main is much better. I will be heading there next.

Friendly and courteous service from the cart ladies. Waiter refreshed plates halfway through the meal.My favorite was the siu mai that just came out from the steamer - keep an eye out for when they bring out fresh dishes on a metal platter. I loved the Osmanthus flower jelly (guai fa go) - not too sweet with floral taste.Not a fan of the bacon wrapped shrimp ball, it was cold and not crispy. The ngau zap (beef tripe stew) was a bit flavorless but tender.Prices were affordable. And they have valet parking.
