I haven't ordered from this bakery for over 10 years because back in the day, the cakes weren't the best, very dry. Decided to give them a try recently and saw it had new owners, looks like Trinciti took over. Something definitely changed because the cakes are delicious! I ordered my bday cake this weekend, cookies and cream filling with sponge cake and whipped cream, sooo good. Everyone loved it, will be ordering more from Greenwood. We also get their breads and pastries, very good currants roll and hops bread.

I’ve come here on two separate occasions, one for picking up a last minute birthday cake, and this one for the chocolate covered strawberries and both times I’ve been blown away by the yumminess! They’re also BEAUTIFUL decorators (they added beautiful lettering to a cheesecake I got for my dad here in January), and they weren’t stingy with the strawberries, there was a mountain of them on top of the cheesecake! ? I remember loving the taste (had a vanilla tinge to it) and the texture was perfect. Today while waiting for the bus I popped in to just get a fill for my sweet tooth. Got a dozen chocolate strawberries for about $18 and they’re the quality of Godiva. Big, hearty strawberries that are juicy and ripe! The chocolate had a distinct flavor on its own too— most places try to cut corners on the chocolate but wow I almost want that chocolate on the strawberries in bar form. The quality is there in this place.Service here is also very nice, I’ve noticed them go above and beyond, and they’re patient with my questions.Overall 10/10, I’m excited to try more of their goodies!P.S. No the cat did not touch the chocolate.

Love this bakery i’ve gotten customize cakes for birthday parties, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, literally anything!!Hear me out!!!Their-chocolate cake with chocolate mousse- vanilla cake with vanilla mousse-chocolate cake with vanilla mousse-vanilla cake with chocolate mousse is the perfect might be hard to understand but trust me if you don’t like too much sweet, but love cake u gonna have to try those out their strawberry shortcake is very nice too. Their cupcakes are amazing as well. The prizes over the years have went up a little, but you wouldn’t regret spending it on their cakes. Greenwood has my heart for the quality and quantity!!!

They hired new staff members who cannot differentiate the pastries the bakery sells. The Italian bread I bought was hard as a rock, and the cake slides I ordered were something else—the worst place, with bad customer service.

I went back there hoping they will have fresh cake and again I was greeted with dry stale chocolate cake the only thing moist was chocolate u can tell that cake been sitting there for week paying nearly 8 dollar for dry stale
Best butter flap in the neighborhood. It’s like a tennis roll and butter flap had a baby, because it’s a combination of both. Cheese roll is tasty as well.

I didn’t know it was possible for their quality to plummet further– but leave it to Greenwood “Quality” Bakery to find a way. They raised the prices while still serving the same stale cakes. Why am I paying $7 for cardboard with frosting on it? This is ridiculous. Save your money.

I usually order here a lot but there customer service has diminished over the years. I went in to place an order, the line clearly states, it "starts here". There were 2 people ahead of me, when it was my turn to order a customer walked in and just went up to the counter and placed her order. When I confronted Sandra who was the server she just said she didn't see me and the customer was there this morning. she continued to serve the customer, I asked her if it meant that once I come in the morning I can get ahead of the line in the evening, still no apologies from her until I told Sandra that I was going to leave a review on google. Poor customer service and bad attitude.
