They have a decent selection of fruits and vegetables and they're pretty fresh. There is a okay selection of everything else but it doesn't have as much self space as a regular supermarket so you might not find everything you need.

Great community grocery. Have all the payment system. Grocery is quite fair price. Meat section is bit pricy but fish price seems okey to me. It’s located in very busy place. Hard to find parking but next to subway if anyone commute. Overall it’s a good place to grocery.
