Always such a cute little ice cream shop. Who doesn't love Haagen-Dazs. This location always delivers on quality and variety. Pretty clean. Nice looking cakes and yummy shakes.

Went and was quick service. The space is small to dine in if you want to do it inside and could have been maintained better. But overall it's a nice local spot.

7/14/24 @ 9:50pm told the girl to make the milkshakes ? thick due to hot weather and travel. Took one sip tasted like pure watery milk ? from a ?. so mad there closed or I would of returned it right now, but just tossed it in the garbage ? because there close now

Nice place for some ice cream.or pizza, in the summer it's just nice place for a date or family time.

The place was empty I ordered 2 scoops of ice cream for myself and my son . They charged me $18.35 for total . But both ice cream look single scoop or less . I rather to get $5 haagen dazs from key food with plastic spoons next time not worth the money ?

Located next to blaze pizza on 188th st right next to the Horace Harding Expressway/LIE going eastbound. Small interior with a few tables/chairs lining the windows to sit and eat. I must say they were very clean when I visited. What you expect from a premium ice cream store, higher priced but good tasting, and they offer options from cups/cones, ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, smoothies, variety of topping choices.One person was behind the counter when I walked in. He did not greet me or acknowledge my presence. About 3 minutes of me standing there, another person came from the back and acknowledged I was there. I ordered a small dulce de leche dazzler sundae. From the picture posted on the wall, it appeared to be dulce de leche ice cream with caramel and banana layered between. Unfortunately, the employee filled the cup with just ice cream, threw the caramel and a few banana slices on top, and topped it with some whipped cream.They had no problem putting the item in a paper bag and provided a long handle plastic spoon and several napkins. I paid $9.74 for an almost filled cup of ice cream. Although always delicious because it's Häagen-Dazs, still a small cup of ice cream with what was supposed to be layered toppings placed on top.3 stars because of the flavor, cleanliness in store, and how my item was packaged to go. Lost 2 stars due to lack of customer acknowledgment/engagement and the item itself not being what is advertised in the pictures in store.

Häagen-Dazs never seems to disappoint! Always a fan of their milkshakes and smoothies. Of course, they're pricy, but I think mostly they're worth it. If you like to try different & newflavors, this should be your go-to place.

My friends and I came here from College.There was a korean employee working. Slightly old, he was very rude. I felt discrimination against my race.I hope the owner takes customer service into consideration before hiring randoms.

I'm never disappointed with the ice cream here! They have classic and new flavors. Everything is fresh and delicious.I do wish they had a restroom for customers, but it won't keep me from coming back.
