Halal Bros Grill Queens Village

Cross contamination everywhere for someone that I know they cant have gluten food. halal are one of their only options but not if the restaurant cross contaminates.

I started coming here a few months ago when I got tired of driving to Shah's Halal food to get lamb over rice. I did a some research and found this place much closer to my home. I decided to give it a try, and I haven't been back to Shah's ever since. The food is very flavorful, the restaurant is super clean, and the staff are all so friendly. 5/5

Edit: I like this place, but respectfully, three mozzarella sticks for $6 is crazy. You can get more for less at some other halal spots, and without any sacrifices in flavor. At that point just sell six for $10. The prices at this spot have changed significantly since I first visited it, and I'm no longer sure anymore if I'd say the food in general is priced fairly.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. For the price they charge, I expected a decent portion, but what I got was laughably small. The dish looked like an appetizer, not a full meal, and I left still feeling hungry.

To make matters worse, the food itself wasn’t even that impressive—just average at best. If they’re going to serve such tiny portions, at least make the food exceptional! Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be coming back

I just ordered zinger burgers- I ordered sauces too. The sent me a burnt zinger with no sauces or lettuce tomatoes and very dry. Called them and they isn’t even pick up. Would not be ordering here again !

I want to start off by saying that as soon as I walked in I was greeted very cordially. I am a person who observes alot and the restaurant was impeccably clean so that's a A+. The attention was so quick that I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The food was soooo amazing that I forgot to even take a picture. I honestly haven't tasted such amazing halal food in YEARSS. This spot is a little far from he but I would drive here hands down just to get this food. You won't regret eating here! I'll definitely be back !

The chicken over rice I ordered hit most of my targets: it had good flavor, good texture, and it was cooked well. However, one thing it did lack is quantity. Compared to many other halal carts and restaurants, they are pretty stingy with the chicken. I got a lot of rice, a lot of salad, but there was an improper ratio of chicken and rice. With those negatives, the food tasted good and didn’t taste old.

Amazing food with amazing service. Everyone is always nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend their Jerk Chicken over rice with dragon sauce. Their loaded fries are also great!
