Person over the phone was kind and patient (as opposed to Harlem staff shouting). Amazing sonora hot dog and hot mess burger although could use more cheese. Had pb milkshake here and red velvet at the uptown one. Not a fan of their shakes tbh but glad I could order tiny ones bc who needs all that ice cream anyways!. Wish LIC had yam fries like the other two. Cant wait to try the patty melt!

Pros: Super quick to pickup, unique style of pickup. Easy in and out.Cons: Burger is small for the price. Burger bun looks like it came straight from a grocery store bag; at least a light char, butter, or glaze would help a little. Cheese fries portion is really tiny for $7. Check my pics. Milkshake was small and tasted like minimal effort.Overall paid $35 for a meal that should really be less than $20 at best. Wanted to love it but just was disappointed.

The food is great! Order out - do not dine in. My young granddaughter and I were accosted by a very loud and very scary man. He wanted money and threatened to kill me if I didn't hand over $5. He followed us around the restaurant, calling me names and using extremely foul language, and saying he was going to kill me. No one in the restaurant helped us. The staff totally ignored the situation.

Ordered through uber eats for pick up… really interesting place, it’s just pick up and delivery. The burger and fries were absolutely great! Juice burger and crispy fries with really good flavor. Good for a quick bite to eat!

Food was ok. The chipotle Mayo was amazing. Skip the hot dog- it was ALL bun, nothing like the photos. The major disappointment was the delivery driver. I ordered using Uber, but the restaurant uses their own drivers. This delivery drive was SO unprofessional. It was absolutely unreal. Unfortunately, will not order again.

Food is great! Not only burger test good , shakes the best. My favorite is red velvet shake it has cake mixed with ice cream?My lunch was a classic beef with jerk fries and the Harlem shake :) my daughter got the kids combo, hot dog and fries and a shake . No walk needed. Delivery is petty fast!
