Long wait for food. Unacceptable. One waitress on duty

Very disappointed with my recent order. The dish had very little meat, which was quite misleading based on the presentation. It looked full on top, but underneath, there was barely anything—almost as if the meat had been intentionally cut off. I've ordered from here before and never had this issue, so this was unexpected and frustrating.

The service SUCKS. Very unprofessional. At 8:30 pm,as per the waitress, there was only 1 waitress and 1 cook who told us our order will take over 40 mins . These girls need more training and the owner should overlook his employees. Not going there again. We were a group of 4 but we left unattended!!

Nasty attitude you call n they hang up on you very unprofessional they need to hire ppl who like to work

Food is a hit or miss

The service and food were both excellent—our server Kimberly was attentive, friendly, and made the entire dining experience enjoyable. The dishes we ordered were delicious and well-prepared.

However, the experience took a turn when the bill arrived. An unexpected 18% “large party” service charge was added, despite there being no mention of this anywhere on the menu or during the ordering process. To make matters worse, one of the menu items had a mislabeled price.

When I raised these concerns with a so-called manager, I was told the service charge applies to parties of three or more—something that was never disclosed. The explanation was vague, and no real justification was offered for the lack of transparency.

Great service and food don’t excuse hidden fees or misleading pricing. It’s unfortunate that an otherwise great meal ended on such a frustrating note.

Your service staff is.not properly mannered and oriented and need to have more respect towards guess and customer it's too much of them working to have blunders

Always been a loyal customers but when it’s come to customer service it’s horrible no hospitality , especially when ordering on uber eats and go pick up your food they always busy chatting or doing something else and when trying to collect your food after saw your name on the bag on the table then they be running coming behaving like you stealing or something… Very disrespectful staff almost every time myself or husband order and go pick up not forgetting serving spoil pepper sauce

The food was good and service was also good though we didn't need that much service as the place was empty when me and my little sis when. The place is nice and clean. I would definitely recommend going on a weekday....I don't know how it is during the weekend, it may be busy.

Mehhh....

Third time ordering food from this place. The people does not listen, it's to your order. All they want to do is take your money. And when you explain to them, your food is wrong. They argue because they do not listen to your order. Would never recommend this place to no one

We sat in the bar area and the waitress acted like she did not want to be bothered. Ordered a glass of wine and it had a piece of wood in it from the cork and tasted old and disgusting. The fried chicken was raw and bloody. When we told the waitress about these problems, she just looked at us and did not apologize or try to fix it. Never going back again.

Bought some fried fish from them it was fried snappa and bangameri
The fish was fried in really old oil
And I know my fish that so called snappa wasn't not no snappa it was something else. Even the bangameri was awful
Won't be going back there
