Great ice cream with really unique flavors. Pricing is also pretty decent. The only hang up is the extremely long lines. While the wait time is annoying and would have made this rating 3-4 stars, I have noticed the lovely Spanish lady on Saturday is pretty quick and does her best to serve everyone in a timely manner. Even with it being as busy as it is she always pleasant and wears a smile.
Excellent service with a smile. 😀 If there’s a line to wait, don’t hesitate, because this place is great! I only waited 5 minutes before an employee approached me in line to offer samples of their unique flavors. The staff really takes care of their customers! Enjoy!
My husband and I stumbled across the Ice Cream Window while walking around Ridgewood today. While checking out the flavors, Paola, rushed outside to offer us a sample of our choosing. We then got to the window, where Diego made us an ice cream sandwich - huge portion and delicious! Will definitely be back the next time we are in the area! Great ice cream and customer service! Thank you!
