The staff was super friendly! The food was perfect. It did take a bit for the food to be made, but the waitress made sure to let us know about that. She kept constantly coming back to see if we needed anything. I have nothing but compliments for this location and the staff. Highly recommend!!

I came to this IHoP with my family because of the “Ramadan Menu”. First concern- i ordered 3 items and 3 drinks, and bill comes to $120. (Saw at home that they charged $12 for something labeled “MGR$” what is that even?) Okay so maybe they are charging extra for the halal meat, right? Later I come to find out that none of the meat served was even halal! Their “Ramadan menu” is the normal menu, minus pork. This is false advertising and taking advantage of Muslims during Ramadan! I will never come here again, and will warn all friends and family to avoid this location at all costs for their shady practices.

We were there on Sunday and our waitress, Martha A, made many mistakes with our food. She never brought us cream or spice condiments that we asked for. She added her own tip which is not allowed in a bill of $80 and did not acknowledge this so she also received the tip we left her in cash. We did not leave content.

My experience at IHOP was elevated to a whole new level thanks to our waiter, Dwight. From the moment we were seated, Dwight ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of excellent. Not only was he attentive and efficient, but his humor and charm added an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal. Dwight's friendly demeanor and genuine care for his customers truly stood out, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our visit. I highly recommend IHOP, especially if you're lucky enough to have Dwight as your waiter. Five stars all the way!

Visited my local ihop restaurant on 1/19/24. I was alone and was quickly seated. They were not crowded. As I went through the entire menu - evidence of the length of time I sat - the waitress looked at me, failed to acknowledge me in any meaningful way and continued her conversation with patrons at another table. Shortly after, a couple was seated at a table 3 feet from mine. They looked through the menu and, minutes later, were placing their orders with this same waitress. Having seen enough, I stood up, put on my coat and left. Before I left, I let the hostess know that I had been ignored, but yes, I will have a nice day.I should say that before this experience, I have always received good service at this location. Perhaps it just wasn’t my day.

The server was amazing (can't remember his name but he's the guy with the dread locks ) ?. Food came promptly. Christmas eve mid day and no wait time to be seated. Will definitely be back when I'm in NYC.
