Huevos Rancheros is on the menu, but we've gone to several restaurants in southern NM and THEY DON'T HAVE CORN TORTILLAS to even make it with. Not Alamogordo, Artesia, Carlsbad, or Roswell so far. WHY IS IT ON THE MENU if you don't even have the right ingredients?!? In Alamogordo right now and the server just told us they're "out of the stuff to make that". We should have gone to Alamo Grill.
I was out and about and decided to grab some breakfast at the I-HOP in Ahwatukee, Az off Ray Rd and the I-10. It was very busy but I was seated right away, in a nice bright area where I requested. Its an older building but its very clean and comfortable. Zane was my server and brought coffee right away. They have great coffee! I ordered the spinach mushroom omelet and hashed browns.
