This place wasn’t available at the kiosk upon walking in.

Not an actual Jersey Mike’s location. I ordered on the tablet, received a confirmation text- then 10 mins later the order was cancelled. No employee interaction or explanation. Do not recommend this location.

Soggy sandwich, no customer service, very slow, no one to speak with even after pressing button to speak with someone inside the center.

Not an actual jersey mike.It's just an Uber hub.You can only pick up or have delivered.Can't even see food being made must order and pay on screen

This was my first time having jersey mikes and I had it delivered. The chipotle chicken cheese steak was filling and tasty. It was a little bit messy from all the sauce but overall worth it.

I order 2 sandwiches both was done incorrectly. Called to just inform them and you have a young lady in the back yelling calling me a liar. I advise if getting anything from here check your food carefully before you leave. Very terrible and disappointing.

Won't order from them again, bread has been stale and old every time I ordered. Maspeth location way fresher.

Do not order in person! Waited an hour for one sandwich. Not an actual store. A makeshift assembly line with multiple restaurants in one location. Never again.

Last 3 delivery orders.......First order 2 sandwiches, only receive 1 and its not even one of the correct sandwiches. Second time, ordered 6 sandwiches for a group. They only sent 5. Both times I had to be refunded because they cannot send out replacements because they use door dash and cannot contact drivers. The most recent order(and final order for awhile most likely) took almost 2 hours for 2 sandwiches. Received two sandwiches but one was incorrect. Didnt even bother calling because whats the point?

Had no taste and wasn’t cut both sandwiches #7. Out of state locations much better.

I put no bacon. They put extra bacon.Not happy

I everytime order from Uber eats, there is the best place that I eat. chipotle mayo sub with Giant bread strongly recommended. Thank you all guys

This store is a pick up window for various restaurants all done behind the scene. If driving to this site for pickup, parking is near impossible .

Like the other review says this is a ghost kitchen, so really just a window in a wall to pick up from. Pickup is easy though, and staff were friendly both times I've been here. But the catch is they were both times very stingy with the meat, like imagine a big sandwich that is 90% bread and 1 layer of roast beef.
