My coworkers and I were so excited to see the grand opening of Jersey Mike's. Unfortunately I have only been there twice since it opened. The first visit we were so disappointed with the amount of meat they put on our sandwiches. On May 6th, 2024 I tried giving them a second chance. I am willing to pay for anything extra to get a quality sandwich. However I ended up paying $24 for a sandwich with extras that I should have gotten without paying extra. They are cheating their customers. I think the owners are trying to save money somehow, but they are driving away their patrons in the process. They have lost their skill to please their customers. Don't waist your time and money there. If you want a quality sandwich go to Chris and Sal's.

We arrived and waited about 10-15 minutes for our order to be taken even though there was only 1 person in front of us. I think they were prioritizing the pickup orders over people that were actually standing right in front of them. We got one of the chicken subs and everything was freshly grilled. This added another 10 minutes, but fine. Once we got the sandwich, which was $19 for a footlong by the way, the chicken and vegetables were extremely bland. Premium price for a sandwich I could’ve made better at home. Extremely disappointing. Just go to a deli instead!!

I had a horrible experience watching a person who worked their with green gauge earrings, a pony tail and 1 tooth, yell, berate and almost get physical with two very small women one who was older with a cane(disabled). I had been going there with no incidents, decent service and good sandwiches. If you are a woman if you see this male please avoid him like the plague or maybe the store all together. Which is sad because I was enjoying them in my neighborhood.

Needs more selection of toppings. No green peppers, olives, spinach. No mozzarella cheese. Sandwiches overall are tasty. Breads are fresh. There is a restroom for customers - big +.

Rude employees, totally ignored us because they only spoke Spanish. Didn’t understand a word we said. Had to repeat I have a cheese allergy at least 5 times cause they kept putting cheese. 0/5

I had the viral sub in a tub...and when I tell you it was good. It was good. It's just a sandwich in a bowl with no bread. You order it just as you would order your sandwich with all the fixings but in a tub. I went to the fresh meadows locations in queens, NY and the service was good and the wait was not long. Restaurant was clean and you was able to see everything is plain sight.

Jersey Mike's has become my go-to sandwich place. Their bread is fresh and sandwich ingredients are delicious. This new location next to Fresh Meadow Park is a great addition to the area. My favorite is the Italian sub. Service is friendly and the place is super clean. I'll definitely be back when I'm shopping.
Jersey Mike's in Fresh Meadows is a Great ? location. Ordered 2 Giant Subs #8 & #13 "Mike's Way" So Yummy ?! Service was Excellent ? & store is very Clean. Balls Blown Completely Away! The only Negative I have is that Chips & Drink should come with the price of the Sub.

This location is the best store in Fresh Meadow. The employees are very friendly, She took my order and asked me what I wanted on my sandwich. When I ate my sandwich, the bread was so fresh and soft. The veggies and cold cuts are so fresh. The store is so clean. The workers are cleaning the tables and sweeping the floors. I recommend everyone to come here to eat.

Simply alright. Its deli meets blimpe meets subway. I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to get a sandwich from here. I would just buy one if that's the only things to eat in the area. Sandwich over all was decent very filling, can be eaten in two servings. Regular is enough to share. I had the turkey with everything. I actually ordered off Uber the food was very well wrapped.

Yo, let me tell ya about my recent trip to this joint, I went there yesterday around 6:30pm 2/19 . Usually, I swung by here for a bite after the gym , but it's always mad chaotic employees slacking, not even caring if you wanna order. But this time, it was a whole new vibe. As soon as I stepped in, I felt the energy shift. The atmosphere was on point, and I was greeted right away by this young lady who was straight-up running the show. She had that boss vibes Directing the crew and makin' sure everyone got served quick. And yo, the place was clean AF. That's rare, but it made a big difference. always rockin' a beautiful smile it was a dope experience. The service was on lock, the vibe was chill, my sub was on point , and the spot was clean.
