Best Sandwich on the planet best service also. I ordered ahead and the 2 sandwiches wouldn't fit in my cooler. The girl was so nice she recut everything and rewarded. Excellent customer service best Jersey Mike's out there.
The food is delicious but the service is SO SLOW. They need to figure it out or this place won’t last! I just walked out of this establishment during my lunch break because if I would have stayed, I would’ve walked out being extremely late to return back to work. This is completely unacceptable being that my lunch break is 50 minutes and I only work eight minutes away. I also left because it seems like they have new staff who have no idea what they’re doing....read full review
Unprofessional staff. First, waited at the glass to be greeted and for my order to be taken. Kid is on the other side staring at nothing. Finally the nice cashier greeted me. Another guy with curly hair comes out and takes our order and then rudely shakes the ticket at me. This same guy tries to clock out before making one of our sandwiches and he was told to come back by cashier. The lady cashier with the braids needs a raise because she is this place’s only saving grace.
