I’m really confused why so many people spoke highly about the noodle soup here. I personally feel it is premade with too much spice to make the soup umami but let the customer thirsty.

Great food, but the size is on the smaller side for this location. I hope they invest in a bigger space.

Overall, I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was tasty, the service was good, and everything looked clean. They seated me quickly, and the portions were huge — one dish is definitely enough for two people.
I ordered a tomato noodle soup, but I found it had way too many noodles and not enough vegetables or meat. Also, since most of the broths are pork-based, there aren’t many options if you don’t eat pork. I also tried the mushroom (wood ear) salad, which was fresh and delicious.
In short: the food is good and flavorful, but I’d love to see more balance with the soup (less noodles, more veggies and meat) and a few more non-pork soup options on the menu

Decided to stop in and was so excited they had Tom Yum noodles! My boyfriend ordered regular spice and I was a little worried, but it was delicious!! Like a slow burn but not too much to make it unenjoyable 🌶️ It was the perfect amount of spice and sour and I was in loveeee. If you’re a Tom Yum enjoyer, this is a MUST ORDER! I believe you can pick seafood or beef, but it also had tofu skin, fungus, enoki mushrooms, (another white mushroom I forgot the name of 😭), tomatoes, cabbage, quail egg, so much yummy stuff!
All my friends also enjoyed their meals except the friend who got the mala which was too spicy for them, but it still looked delicious!
I also liked that they hand you a tablet to order so there’s no need to stress and rush, just add what you want to cart and give it back to the servers!
The food came out fast and the portions were amazing for the price! I have another whole meal after eating as much as I could for only $16! The servers were friendly and packed our meals togo for us! 🥹
There was also a promotion when we came in for buy 4 meals get 1 free so that was a pleasant surprise!
I’ll definately need to stop by again whenever I’m craving Tom Yum 🤤

This is my go to spot for a wonderfully scrumptious noodle dish. Their food is always fresh and the portion is enough to keep me full. It’s conveniently located on Prince Street in the heart of Flushing. The service is excellent and you can tell by the satisfied customers. 🍜

The first time I ate alone, it was full when I entered, and they gave me a menu to look at first. I waited for a minute or two and sat down. I ordered a bowl of noodles directly. After a minute, I asked for a glass of water, but I didn't get it until I finished eating. I wondered if water should be given when you come in, not to mention that I asked, it wasn't busy at this time, two Zhuo people left and they cleaned up the table, everyone was eating, and no one else asked for a waiter. The most annoying thing was that I didn't want to comment at all, and I don't comment normally, but it was too annoying. After paying the bill, the waiter smiled bitterly and asked me if I had no tip? Is tipping forced now? A bowl of noodles cost 14 plus tax and more than 15, and I said no directly. No... I thought I didn't receive any service, from beginning to end I didn't say more than three sentences, I waited for a while when I entered, and I sat down and ordered directly without asking, and I didn't get water, not to mention that giving water is the underlying foundation of service, it can be said to be the underlying logic and underlying code of being a waiter, it didn't do this, let alone other things. I said thank you when you served me noodles, and I didn't see how you treated me, and finally asked me if I had a tip. . . Isn't this pure nonsense? . . . Lili Yuanshangpu

I had the supreme fish with abalone rice noodles. The broth was not oily which is good but mildly flavored. I added chili oil to make it appetizing. The fish maw was so bland that needed a dip in a sauce to enjoy it. The couple of dried abalone was ordinary. The rice noodles was overcooked that killed the whole thing. I never enjoyed an overcooked noodles as if I am sick.
The tea is nothing to enjoy, either.

Food was ok. Chicken was delicious.
BUT…
The staff was rude with us.
We arrived at the shop 9:50 pm
The didn’t tell us that they are closing 10:20-10:30.
We ordered 4 plates for 2 people so we needed time to eat them.
They gave us the food quickly.
The guy that work there first he closes the one light behind us.
Then he closes the music.
In the end he asked as for tips in cash. I am a tourist so I don’t have much cash with me in my last day there.
I do not recommend it.

On a chilly winter day, Ji Bei Chuan is the perfect spot for hot, delicious soup rice noodles! Ji Bei Chuan offers some of the best fish maw soup, and they definitely don’t skimp on the fish maw, vegetables, and other ingredients.
The Fish Maw Soup Rice Noodles is a great example of the restaurant’s decent quality in food preparation. The noodle soup is filled with great portions of ingredients and a hot, hearty soup that actually tastes of fish maw. Their Fish Soup Rice Noodles also doesn’t disappoint. The soup is made with chicken and pork bone, and it goes really well with the abundance of vegetables and fish slices!
Overall, I’m eager to try out their other soup noodles on my next visit as well as their popular mixed noodles!

Overall a great place to have some soup noodle. Pretty generous portions. It is heavy on the seasoning.
