Found the environment friendly and warm, Danna the lady who greeted me, I found to be knowledgeable, helpful and patient with all my questions, helped me decide and create the perfect customized smoothie. I was able to sample the berry smoothie which was great ( even though I'm not a fan of bananas as they usually overwhelm everything else, however they balance the ingredients / flavors well and liked the berry blend.
I was able to substitute ingredients to blend the perfect flavor I was looking for. Acai your way, and the Berry smoothies are great. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a healthy option or enjoy a good smoothie! If you're not sure what you want ask Danna, she is great with customers!“

“I am a vegetarian person who doesn't cook any meat nor boil eggs at home. I have a small puppy at home. I requested them to make me some boiled mince lamb with only tumeric for my puppy which they did give me even though they dont make it for pets. It was made w/o any spices,it was just plain boiled lamb with some tumeric.My puppy really enjoyed her meal. I really appreciate the helpful staff and the chef who went above n beyond to make my puppy happy. I always thought that they make only non vegetarian food but was surprised to see that they also make vegetarian food too. I am ordering Rajma chawal along with some chaats for me today. “During my time in Kingston last year, I enjoyed a lot of the menu options such as the fruit salads (especially the ones with chocolate in it). I especially enjoyed the banana crepe, velvet crepe, chicken crepe, garlic beef crepe, and the chocolavo drink. All the options were quite unique and worth the price. I wasn’t expecting to finish it due to the hot weather and to the big portion they provide. But I did demolished that dish. A balance of fresh veggies. A well cook rice and diced steak . “I was in the mood to try something new when I came across this coffee shop, and I am sooo glad I came here because everything was amazing! I got the Nutella latte and the avocado toast which were both phenomenal. The latte wasn’t bitter at all and had just the right amount of sweetness and creaminess. The avocado
toast had a red chili olive oil combo which was new to me, but it completely elevated the dish and left me pleasantly surprised. The place is very cozy inside with only a couple seats available but they also have some outdoor tables as well. “It's literally a little hole in the wall place. BUT DELICIOUS & HEALTHY. we came here to try the wraps, and it left us wanting to try the whole menu. The employees are super friendly and fast workers. This place was a bit crowded & they do not have any dine in services. There are no tables, so it is for to go orders only. Even though it was crowded, we were in and out in no time. It's definitely a 10/10 place. The food was just amazing. Also, it was very clean on the inside. It was not overpriced either. It was actually pretty cheap, in my opinion.

I went to this place one day about 3 months ago and they alwasy make my smoothie the same no matter who is in there making it. I love how it taste and comes out. I order the strawberry, banana, mango, pineapple, blueberry, kiwi with freshly sqeezes orange juice with oats and sliced almonds with a touch of protein powered and it is so energizing and I really need something like this to keep me going at work. This triggered me as the last cockroach that crawled towards me was my ex. “Great place, cool folk and good food. I gave food a 4 star only because i forgot to mention to have my skirt steak cooked medium rare. THOUGH that is the standard way to cook skirt steak due to the low fat and high lean content. It's too chewy when it is well done and loses flavor. Otherwise amazing place. I still enjoyed my food“
