Terrible service, who wants to be mean mugged by the owner when going to an ice cream shop? Ruined the vibe completely. Pricing and quality of gelato NOT worth it at all. There are so many better options within 10 min drive.

Oct 27 2024 between 9-9.44. Asked about the dome hazelnut mini gelato cake.So rude 2 ladies told they didn’t have it. It was close to closing so I guess that was the lazy unprofessional reason. We ordered online as they answered fast as if they may be lying. Grubhub driver called us to say the girls told him to cancel the order. I asked to speak to them as this is not the protocol to ask or delivery driver to cancel our order. While on phone they said they’ll send it. Asked for manager there , the younger sounding girl said she can’t give the managers name. I will go and contact the manager. Nasty attitude nasty customer service

I usually come here for drinks, gelatos, and warm food. I have been coming in and out to get a little taste of everything and so far it’s been a great experience overall. I love and recommend their strawberry matcha, chicken quesadillas, and gelatos. Their chicken quesadillas taste fresh and not too heavy. Their gelatos have so many flavors and perfect texture. Then theirs my all time favorite, the strawberry matcha!! I go around trying other places but I must say this place has a perfect balance and it’s very creamy. I have a perfect balance of tasting the strawberry and the matcha.

Normally not one to leave bad reviews but this one left a very sour taste in my mouth. Stay far far away—customer service from hell. I came with a friend and got the strawberry cheesecake; after taking a small bite we were disappointed as while it looked nice, it tasted extremely artificial and bland. We went back to the store and asked the manager if we could possibly credit the cost of the cheesecake towards another item on the menu and just pay the difference. The manager gave us a nasty look, smugly staying that she couldn’t do anything other than give us a new slice of the same nasty cheesecake and overall just making us feel like this was an absolutely ridiculous request when in reality this is something that any other spot would’ve been happy to oblige to. Note that this was during their grand opening period when one would think they would be trying to foster goodwill and make a good impression on customers—imagine how little they care now! Horrible customer service corroborated by many others, check out their other 1 star reviews. Do yourself a favor and skip this place, go down the street to mango mango instead for a delicious dessert along with good customer service.

I wanted to like it but this is over priced and didn’t taste good at all. Neither did the pastry or the vanilla gelato I got

Came here with my family on a Sunday afternoon to relax and eat lunch. Was expecting just normal comfort food but it exceeded my expectation. We got chicken quesadilla, strawberry bingsoo, macarons and drinks; it was really good and scrumptious! The owner also gave us service which was really kind of him to do. Overall the general experience was amazing and would recommend going here if you want korean food along with desserts!

My husband and I were around the area and we decided to try out the gelato here for the first time. once we arrived we headed straight for the gelato window and I asked to try coconut, tiramisu and pistachio. Out of the three I really liked the pistachio. The other two tasted too artificial. The gelato had small pieces of pistachio inside which was nice. I purchased a small cone with one scoop and my husband purchased the medium cup with two scoops. The total was $20, not including tip . Although I found the pistachio gelato a 3.5/5 I really think it is overpriced to be honest.

Very cute, comfortable, and calm environment. There are a lot more seating options than it looks from the outside -- it goes in pretty deep, with more tables at the very back next to what looks like an office.
They have so many desserts (macarons, gelato, parfaits, donuts, cakes, baked goods, etc.), but we just got the bingsoo, which wasn't bad. We tried the original red bean bingsoo, which looked smaller than pictured and also didn't come with the large red bean mochi that was in the picture. The mini mochi was a little tough, but the red bean wasn't too sweet. The shaved ice itself was a bit thicker and less frosty/icy than other bingsoo I've tried, maybe because their bingsoo is "gelato base shaved ice." I still prefer Cocohodo or Waffle and Sip's bingsoo for the price and portion, but the one here isn't bad!
Not dying to come back, but it really is a cute shop and a nice place to chat and get something sweet to eat because they have a lot of options, so there'll be something for everyone.
