Great service! Sushi Omakase for the most part was excellent, except for the Toro which was oddly chewy, perhaps just a bad cut, but overall we had a memorable experience. Will definitely come again when back in NY.
A laid-back omakase spot in Long Island City offering incredible value. For $118, you get 18 courses with generous portions and sushi fishes were fresh and tender. On top of that, they served us complimentary sake, and the service was warm and attentive (they gave us a handwritten bday card too!). Overall, it’s a true bang-for-your-buck experience and a highly recommended choice for a night out in LIC!!
Food was exceptional and Kaiyo served some omakase dishes that I will remember for years. Service was okay. Nice people and great effort made but not what I expected for the price tag.
