The experience was ok, the food was very expensive for its limited quantity even taking quite some time to be made. The amount of items on the tablet were very limited as most of the dishes were out of stock. With the expensive, small quantity of the dishes, the only good side I would say was the service, especially from the service of Annie, helping me by guiding me through how to use and order dishes. Overall it was not that great and the food could improve

Originally I was going to eat somewhere else but Annie (an employee) was so welcoming when we were looking inside out of curiosity. She explained how everything worked in such a delightful and friendly way that we decided to dine in. The food and service was amazing, Annie made it a great experience! Definitely coming back ?
Super tasty food and attentive employees. The hostess/server Annie was the best and was the reason why we decided to try out this restaurant. Her friendly personality just made the experience that much sweeter! I highly recommend eating here ✌️
Family’s taking their little kids here mess with the food on the conveyor belt. I saw a 2 kids on 2 different tables blow on the food through the little lift hole to get to the food where the release is for the food dome. I was placed on the end of the conveyor belt. The food was already tampered with. You guys need to keep a better watch on what kids are doing at the tables. Or find a better way to secure the food. It’s disgusting.

Went here with my girlfriend after visiting the Philadelphia location. The staff was wonderful, very attentive despite the automatic nature of most of the service. The food was amazing, better than many much pricier sushi places I've been to before. The bathrooms were lovely and very clean!! Can't wait to come back <3
