The best part was walking in and seeing the cool decor. The worst part is the food. No. Wait. The service. No, the food. Geez I can't tell. Waitstaff seemed nice enough but everything was painfully slow. One of us was served in about 10 min and the other in 20 or so, only after asking a couple of times. When the second dish arrived, it was cold. People seemed nice enough. But back of house needs work.

I've been to multiple Kyuramens and I think the LIC location is the best one by far! The ambiance and decor is so cute and I love how there's personal booths to dine in. I think Kyuramen is a classic & great ramen for a reasonable-ish price! I usually always get one of their combos since it makes it a good deal. The service was quick and easy too!

OMGSH!!!....what a FANTASTIC restaurant!I'm a Flight Attendant, and the crew and I were on a long-overnight in New York City. One of our pilots discovered this gem of a restaurant near our hotel, The Hyatt Place. EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERYTHING, about this restaurant is/was remarkable! The decor, the seating, and the wait staff (shout out to our PHENOMENAL Waiter!) were beyond EXCEPTIONAL! The food I must mention again OMGSH!!!....the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I felt as if I was in Japan!I ordered the Soft Shell Crab, the Pork Belly and the Shrimp Tempura.....ALL were delectable!!!!I can't wait to visit this AMAZING eatery once again!Bravo Kyuramen!

Food is okay. Ramen broth was not hot enough for me. The toppings you add come on the side and not in the soup, so if you want them in the soup just let them know.

The place is very clean and really cute! I've been to Kyuramen a few times in flushing and bayside so this was exciting to see its in LIC. My friend and I got the combo set as well as a separate order of the chicken rice burger. We both don't eat pork so we had the option to switch to chicken ramen, which was very accommodating. The ramen itself came one very spicy and one mild, which was a little confusing because we didn't ask what level of spice we wanted, I assumed it was just automatic. The chicken popcorn was pretty good & got spicy Mayo on the side, great app. As for the ramen itself it was good but I feel like the noodles could be a little better. The chicken burger was alarming at first because we were thinking it was pink but apparently the chef said it was okay. Still skeptical I ate around if. The best part of the meal was the dessert!! I loved the cherry blossom jelly and the matcha pudding, so good. I would come again just for the dessert, drinks and atmosphere.
Place is gorgeous, service is impeccable and food so delightful. 5 stars isn't enough of a rating.I was filled with my bowl of Ramen and my partner loved the egg dish and Chai tea. Servers never missed a beat and even predicted our next requests. Highly recommend!
