We were a group of 7, we sat down and we had to wait about 15 minutes for the waitress to come to us, meanwhile we were the only one there, by accident we order an extra bottle of water, and we told her, and she said I'm sorry I already charged it, I can't remove it, I think they need to improve on the service, put Spanish music more Peruvian music or something related to the restaurant. I might comeback if changes are made.

I had a terrible experience with this place. I ordered delivery to the beach, and it’s obvious they should include utensils — but they didn’t. The worst part is that I called more than 20 times, and when someone finally answered (both in English and Spanish), they hung up on me to avoid helping. I do not recommend ordering delivery from this place due to their poor service.

I came in today with my group of friends, it took 10 minutes for us to be seated. Once seated it took our waiter another 10 minutes to take our order. I got the arroz con mariscos and it was horrible. The rice was hard, it was mostly rice and a few pieces of shrimp. Our waiter was terrible and inattentive. Every time we requested something he took 10 minutes to get back to us. We waited 30 minutes for him to clear our table and get our check. Auto grad was included without letting us know prior to checking out. Horrible.

I was there yesterday with my niece food was very salty I did take out and the girl she was a little off . There was a lady that was behind me that she approached first the lady told her that I was there first in Spanish when she knew I was there first cause I had ordered already why approach the other lady first when you know I’m there I’m not invisible she assumed I didn’t know Spanish because of how I look when I’m Honduran which is typical but that’s another story I tried the beans and made a joke that I make better habichuelas to my niece she gave me a dirty look it’s your restaurant or something girl but I really do tho but anyway wouldn’t go back there the maracuya juice had a weird after taste . Service terrible

Good food and unfortunately it's the only good spot here kn the Rockaways for me to eat. I only hope some of the young girls running th front of the house have a better customer service, specially when I go on weekdays afternoon obviously they're not that busy. Overall the food is great 👍

They had no idea how the combos work, I waited for more than 40 minutes, and it wasn't until I wanted to cancel my order that they helped me with my food, someone who knows about what they sell should serve me
