I loved this place because they used to have tender beef but they recently changed to another beef which is super dry and taste sucks…the amount of food is huge, I would say that’s a good one, however they did not change price but lower the beef quality which make me sad, this can be the first step that a good store turn to be a bad one.

Went in the evening. Agree with other recent reviews, portion size halved and short lady gave me attitude because chow mein is apparently not noodles (?).She ended up acting dumb when I tried to pick up my food until I showed my receipt, and tossed the bagged meal onto the counter at me.

Nice food, but your server or chasier has the worst customer service I have ever seen at the food hall location, and this isn't the first time she doesn't even say hi. I can assure you that you have lost a few customers due to her nature and demeanor and I'm very easy going and don't stress things but please don't let anyone work for you that don't value your company she seem unhappy there. Due to her alone I won't be returning

Food is pretty good, but don’t expect any actual spice. The mapo tofu is so sad. Just call it lightly season tofu or something as it is actually an insult to all the actual mapo tofus out there. Other than that great fragrance in most things.

The best flavors around! Every time I crave for umami, this place hits the spot. It fills you up without guilt with the many vegetable options.

It's very unfortunate. This place USED to be good. The line used to be super long. Their food has gone down hill quite a bit in the recent months. Char siu is dried as a rock. Side dishes are just mediocre. Quality has gone down the drain. And on top of all that, they now charge $17 bucks for a mediocre dish.... I guess, we should say goodbye soon to this place? Maybe it's closing soon. It's unfortunate. We can all see it coming now... Goodbye!

While in town for the US Open, I visited this restaurant and loved it. The green beans were spectacular, the mushrooms great, and the beef was awesome!!

i got the congee and a side of the cucumbers. i was worried that the congee portion would be too small for the money but it was fine and the food was good. staff was good. worrying to read food poisoning stories but my experience was good and would go

I'm upset at myself for not taking a photo before i started eating but this place has pretty good food overall at a good price. The star of the show, surprisingly, is the congee! I had heard about it from someone else but tried for the first time and man it is out of this world! It's made with all the good grains (not just white rice), include toppings that are just packed with flavor (crunchy fried garlic and shallots, spicy, pickled vegetable things, spicy eggplant, and one of those runny ramen tea eggs. So much goodness in one beautiful bowl. Their takeout container is two separate compartments so that you can enjoy when you get home without everything being a gloppy mess. 4 stars for their other food but congee is a solid 5 and a great find for this area.

Tasty fast casual Chinese-inspired bowls with very generous portions. A consistent takeout option in the area.
I had the seasonal bowl which comes with a bed of carbs, main and two sides. I chose the chilled potato noodles and it was ok. For my main, I picked the rotisserie chicken which was on the dry side but had decent flavor. I wasn’t particularly impressed with the sides either, garlicky bok choy and Taiwan cabbage. Both can be fresher and crispier. I really liked the venue though, it’s airy and clean. Service was nice and cordial. I also liked that the food was served on heavy, large bowls and cutlery provided was of high quality, though the napkins are flimsy and one-ply. Portion was also very generous for the price, $15.50 plus tax.
I have two stars because the workers were pleasant. This was suppose to be a healthy option, but my lo mein was swimming in oil when I reached the bottom. Paid $17.00, and had to throw the food away when I go to the bottom.
