Everything was excellent, except the staff seemed rather unfriendly and expressionless.
I used to rave about this place it’s less packed than the east village one but still prioritizes young Asian professionals. The seating area for take out isn’t nice and fancier seating is only if you sit in. No samples
For ice cream that ain’t cheap to see if you wanna taste it, terrible at being vegan, low sugar, and diabetic related needs. I always go with the golden toast.

It’s always a great time at SPOT - very friendly atmosphere, clean, and the drinks are delicious along with the desserts. One of my favorite hangout spots.

Spot Dessert Bar Long Island City is a great spot to catch up with friends, bring a date, or meet new people. The staff is friendly, sweet, and kind. The Golden Toast is a best seller, with a perfect balance of sweetness and crunch, paired well with ice cream and whipped cream. The Matcha Lava Cake and the experience of pouring chocolate in the Harvest are highly recommended. Matcha drinks are a highlight, including a new banana cream one with a cookie crumb topping. The Green Tea Lava and Golden Toast have been amazing and consistently great for over 10 years. While newer items like the ube-based dish, plant pot thing, and Ube-errie are alright and not mind blowing, the classics remain excellent. A great place for a quick hangout, coworking with friends on Fridays, or enjoying a Matcha latte. The desserts are great, and the service is excellent.
